No matter what time of day I come to the home, the place is always clean and the staff always welcomes me with a kind word and is willing to help me in any way they can. In fact I love going there around meal time because the smells are so good they make me hungry.

I remember when mom had to go to the hospital for emergency care because of an internal illness and the nurse in the emergency ward asked where mom was staying. I asked Him why and he said, 'because we don't often get elderly people as clean as she is that are being care for outside the home". I tell you that made my heart swell to hear that because to make a decision to accept outside help for your loved one is very difficult.

So, thank you Lisa and thanks to your staff for being the kind of people you are and for taking care of not only my mother but for my family as well. Thanks and may God bless you.

Dear Lisa,

I would like to take a moment and commend you and your staff for the outstanding care that you have been providing to my mother, Florence Kirshbaum, since she has been in your residence over the past year. AngelCare/AngelCARE_TESTMNL1.jpg

Under your constant and caring attention, she has had a complete turn around since leaving her former residence. When she first arrived, she could barely get out of bed, required someone to spoon feed her, and her activities were almost nil.

Today, she is out of bed most of the day, watches some T.V., participates in your arts and crafts program by doing various projects, can now feed herself, and enjoys the walks that you take her on. She really enjoyed the luncheon when you took her out to the Hometown Buffet.

Once again, I want to thank you and your staff for that extra mile you take in providing my mom, so that her quality of life becomes vastly improved in her later years. Our mother is now 101 years old.

Finally, I would like to add that our entire family is grateful to the special caregivers that you have employed and trained that personally care in a loving way for our mom.
