Angel Care Community Services, Inc. Non-Emergency Transportation is designed for stable patients, non-ambulatory patients,
and patients with long-term medical conditions requiring care and treatment. We provide professional and courteous door-to-door
transportation for the Brentwood Elder Care Facilities in Fontana and Upland. Our specialized transportation service
is also extended to non-residents of our facilities. These include but are not limited to, senior citizens, people using
wheelchairs, and parents and children with special needs. We provide full assistance from departure to arrival

Angel Care Community Services, Inc. operates Residential Care Facilities
for the Elderly in a home setting with 24/7 assistance. Angel Care Community Services also provides non-emergency transportation
services, known as “Angel Care on Wheels” in support of these facilities and extends their services to the broader
community. Our office responds to customer inquiries 24/7. Our vehicle is custom built to pass the American Disabilities
Act (ADA) requirements, complete with specially operated Wheelchair Lifts, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, along with Heating
and Air Conditioning. Our highly trained staff is dedicated to respond with promptness, sensitivity and integrity.
They have been background checked, have a clean driving record and have completed the Standard First Aid and CPR training.
Our services are used by private citizens, assisted living facilities, group homes, and others in need of special transportaion.
